Art. 1

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and European Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of physical receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason.

Important — withdrawal during shipping: the right of withdrawal may also be exercised if the product has already been shipped but not yet delivered. In this case, the consumer must notify their intention to withdraw before delivery and will be required to refuse the parcel at the time of delivery, or return it to the sender. Return shipping costs are in any case borne by the consumer.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must explicitly notify it before the expiry of the 14-day period from receipt of the product, by sending a written notice to info@magcosmesinaturale.it or via the request form available in the Returns section of the website.

Art. 2

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal is excluded for products which by their nature cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate rapidly, as well as for sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for hygiene or health reasons and that have been opened after delivery.

Warning: cosmetic products opened after delivery cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and health reasons, except as provided in art. 3 in case of a visibly damaged product.

The consumer is invited to check the integrity of the package upon delivery, before opening the product.

Art. 3

Product visibly damaged upon delivery

If the product is visibly damaged at the time of delivery — regardless of whether the package has been opened or not — the consumer is entitled to a full refund of the price paid, including the original shipping costs.

In this case, the consumer must report the damage within 14 days from delivery, attaching photographic documentation of the damage and the package, by writing to info@magcosmesinaturale.it or via the request form in the Returns section of the website.

Il Lombrico Infinito di Gemme Ruben Paolo reserves the right to assess the report and to request the return of the damaged product before proceeding with the refund.

Art. 4

Return procedure

To start a return request, the consumer must follow the steps indicated below. Returns not previously authorized will not be accepted.

Fill in the form in the Returns section of the website or send a written notice to info@magcosmesinaturale.it stating the order number, the reason and, if applicable, photographic documentation of the damage.
Wait for return authorization confirmation from MAG Cosmesi Naturale. Do not return the product before receiving such authorization.
Return the product intact, in its original sealed packaging, to the address: Il Lombrico Infinito di Gemme Ruben Paolo — Strada Lacello 18, 15016 Cassine (AL), Italy. The consumer may freely choose the courier for the return.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer and will be deducted from the final refund amount, except in the case of a product visibly damaged upon delivery.

Art. 5

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and checked, Il Lombrico Infinito di Gemme Ruben Paolo will issue the refund within 14 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with the consumer.

As an alternative to a monetary refund, where provided for by applicable law and upon the consumer’s explicit request, a gift voucher of the same value may be issued to be used on www.magcosmesinaturale.it

In the event of withdrawal with a product already shipped, the refunded amount will be calculated by deducting the return costs borne by the consumer. The original shipping costs are not refundable, except in the case of a product visibly damaged upon delivery.
